How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the US. For our international dolls, delivery usually takes 7-14 business days depending on your location and customs processing.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for store credit only. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Please note that certain items like lingerie and beauty products are final sale.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package's journey to your doorstep.
Do you offer Buy Now, Pay Later options?
